Gluten, Yeast, Dairy and Sugar free Bread Making Anxiety
2 cups Sorghum flour 1 cup potato flour 1 cup gram flour 1 tea spoon salt (I reccomend less) 1/2 tea spoon cream of tartar 1/4 tea spoon bicarbinate of soda 1/2 table spoon lemon juice one bottle of fizzy water. 1) sift dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together VERY thoroughly) 2) add lemon juice to a well in the middle of the dry ingredients mixture 3) add fizzy water and mix until you get a batter (viscous liquid) that is thick and creamy and beginning to rise (get airated by the carbon dioxide) whilst you are mixing it. 4) pour into a 2LB bread loaf tin for baking 5) smooth the top down (as an idea, why not try sprinkling with sesame seeds?) 6) place in preheated oven at 220 Celcius for 45 minutes. 7) take it out after the time and let it rest for a few minutes until it is cool enough to have a slice of.
