What Should I Eat for Clear Acne Free Skin? Acne Free Diet?
Hi Ray. Thanks a lot for sharing all your knowledge to help those of us who suffer from acne. I have severe cystic acne for the past 15 years (face, neck, back, shoulder). Is my diet responsible for yeast infection?
bit.ly Is my diet responsible for yeast infection? One question I get all the time from people who are suffering with yeast infection is, “Is my diet responsible for yeast infection”? The answer is that Yeast that is found in foods like breads, sweets or alcohol isn’t the same kind of yeast that causes infections, so by eliminating the yeast found in foods, you are NEVER going to combat the problem. Furthermore, we all have yeast in our bodies, but the problem is, with those of us, who suffer from yeast infections, it’s brought on by the yeast levels getting, out of control. A change in diet is not going to help sustain healthy yeast levels in our body, however if you already have an infection, eliminating yeast-based foods will help you avoid “feeding” and encouraging the yeast from growing. If you found this “inside information” helpful, make sure to get my free E-Report, “Top 15 FAQs on how to get Instant relief from yeast infections” It’s free and it contains 15 of my Answers to the Most top FAQs on Yeast infection and the proven best tips to get permanent relief from Yeast infection.
